Skayle is a product owned and operated by Raze Growth LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Raze Growth", "we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use Skayle (the "Service").

1) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • visitors to our website, and
  • users of the Skayle application and related services.

It does not apply to third-party sites or services we don't control.

2) Information we collect

We collect information in three main ways: (a) information you provide, (b) information collected automatically, and (c) information from third parties.

A. Information you provide

  • Account information: email address and basic organization/workspace information.
  • Customer Content: prompts, inputs, uploaded files, generated content, settings, and other data you submit or create in the Service ("Customer Content").
  • Support communications: messages you send to us (including attachments you choose to share).

B. Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, feature usage, actions taken, timestamps, and similar product analytics.
  • Device/log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and error logs.

C. Information from third parties

  • Billing/subscription metadata: we use Stripe and Autumn to process payments and manage subscriptions. We do not store full payment card details. Stripe/Autumn may provide us with subscription status and limited billing metadata (e.g., plan, renewal, payment status).

3) How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
  • authenticate users and secure accounts;
  • process Customer Content to generate outputs you request;
  • provide customer support and respond to requests;
  • improve the Service, troubleshoot issues, and monitor performance;
  • send product updates and marketing communications (you can opt out of marketing emails);
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4) AI processing and model providers

Skayle uses third-party AI providers (including OpenRouter and fal.ai) to generate outputs based on your inputs and actions in the Service. This may require sending Customer Content (or portions of it) to these providers for processing.

No training on your data: We do not use Customer Content to train models. We also instruct providers to process Customer Content only to deliver the requested functionality.

5) Analytics and cookies

We may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and product analytics.

We plan to use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and PostHog. When enabled, these tools may collect usage and device information. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, in-app controls.

6) How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers/subprocessors that help us operate the Service, including:
    • Render.com (hosting),
    • Supabase (database/authentication),
    • Inngest (workflows/background jobs),
    • OpenRouter and fal.ai (AI inference),
    • Stripe and Autumn (payments/subscriptions),
    • and other infrastructure and analytics providers we may adopt over time.
  • Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms.
  • Business transfers: if we're involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell personal information.

7) Data retention

We retain information and Customer Content as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, and security needs.

You can delete your organization/workspace via the in-app Delete Organization option (when available) or by contacting support. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period.

8) Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9) Your choices

You can:

  • opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link;
  • request access, correction, export, or deletion (where applicable) by contacting us;
  • delete your organization/workspace in-app (where available).

10) International data transfers

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

11) Children

Skayle is intended for business use and not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
